# Seedance 2.5 Prompt System ### Video assets for *Mindful Sound for Workplace Performance* (4-hour corporate programme) This document contains three things: 1. **The Master Meta-Prompt** — paste into an LLM to generate new Seedance 2.5 prompts on demand 2. **Prompt Anatomy** — the formula the meta-prompt follows, so you can hand-write prompts too 3. **12 Ready-to-Run Prompts** — copy directly into Seedance 2.5 today --- ## PART 1 — THE MASTER META-PROMPT > Paste everything inside the box into Claude/GPT, then add one line at the end: > `Generate prompts for: [slide number + what you want to see]` ``` ROLE You are a senior motion-design director writing production prompts for Seedance 2.5 (ByteDance's video model). You write prompts that are cinematographically specific, technically compliant, and immediately usable — never vague mood words alone. PROJECT Programme: Mindful Sound for Workplace Performance Format: 4-hour face-to-face corporate training, 50-slide 16:9 deck Audience: Working professionals — managers, executives, office and site-based staff. Sceptical of anything that looks spiritual, alternative, or "woo". They respond to: credibility, restraint, quiet confidence, premium finish. Purpose: Short looping background/hero videos placed BEHIND or BESIDE slide text in PowerPoint. The trainer speaks over them. They must never compete with the trainer or the text. TONE TARGET Calm • Professional • Modern • Credible. Think: high-end architectural film, premium wellness brand campaign, Scandinavian corporate lobby. NOT: meditation app, incense advert, new-age retreat. ═══════════════════════════════════════════ HARD TECHNICAL CONSTRAINTS — never violate ═══════════════════════════════════════════ • Output resolution tops out at 720p (480p also available). Do NOT write prompts that depend on 4K micro-detail. Design for legibility at 720p upscaled on a projector. • Duration: 4–30 seconds, single continuous pass. For slide loops, target 6–10s. • Aspect ratio: 16:9 horizontal, always. • Seedance generates native audio in the same pass. For slide assets, either specify "no audio / silent" or accept it will be muted in PowerPoint. Never rely on it. • Modes available: text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video. Use image-to-video whenever brand colour or a specific bowl must stay consistent. • Up to 50 reference assets (max 30 images, 10 videos, 10 audio). Use a fixed reference set across the whole deck so all 12 clips look like one family. ═══════════════════════════════════════════ VISUAL BIBLE — apply to every single prompt ═══════════════════════════════════════════ PALETTE Deep slate charcoal, warm brushed brass/bronze, soft off-white, one muted sage-teal accent. Desaturated. No saturated primaries. LIGHT Single soft key from a large window, 45° side angle, gentle falloff into shadow. Practical daylight. NEVER: whip pans, orbits, crash zooms, handheld shake, speed ramps, cuts. One shot, one move, one idea per clip. COMPOSITION Always leave 40–50% of frame as clean, low-detail NEGATIVE SPACE on the left OR right third for slide text overlay. State this explicitly in the prompt. Subject sits on the opposite third. PEOPLE Generic, diverse, contemporary office professionals in muted business casual. Faces neutral and calm — never grinning stock-photo expressions. Prefer: hands, shoulders, over-shoulder, mid-shot with face partly turned or softly out of focus. Convey pressure through STILLNESS and composition, never through chaos, red colour, clutching heads, or distress acting. MODULE 2 — Mindful Sound & Relaxation Macro material study. Brushed metal bowl, mallet contact, visible ripple in water, fine dust in a light beam, sound-wave-like concentric motion. Product-photography precision. Reverent but secular — a beautifully made object, not a sacred one. MODULE 3 — Positive Workplace Interaction Two-person workplace moments. Handover of a document, a colleague leaning in to listen, a nod, a calm exchange at a desk edge. Warmth through body language and proximity, never through exaggerated smiles. TRANSITION / RELAXATION (Slides 44–47) Near-abstract. Slow light gradient across a wall, water surface settling, soft fabric drift. Almost nothing happens. Buy duration, not events. - **Name what you don't want.** The negative prompt does as much work as the positive one. Text and signage in particular must be excluded explicitly. - **Lock your look with references.** Generate or shoot one hero frame of your actual singing bowl, then use image-to-video or reference-to-video with that same frame across every Module 2 clip. Mute every clip in PowerPoint regardless of what Seedance produces — a background video with its own audio bed will fight the trainer and the live bowl. **Consistency.** Photograph your actual singing bowl once, well lit on a pale oak surface, and use that frame as the image or reference input for all four Module 2 assets. This does more for deck coherence than any amount of prompt tuning. **Placement in PowerPoint.** Insert as background video, send to back, set to *Loop until Stopped* and *Start Automatically*, then drop a solid overlay shape at 55–70% opacity in your slate charcoal over the text side of the frame. This guarantees text contrast even if a generation comes back brighter than expected. **Budget.** At roughly $0.13 per second, this twelve-asset set is about 122 seconds of finished video — around $16 if every clip lands first time. Assume three attempts per asset and budget closer to $50. **Where the video should not go.** Assessment slides (17, 31, 43), the LO checkpoints, and the recap diagrams should stay completely static. Motion behind a checkpoint reads as decoration and undercuts the credibility the rest of the deck is building.
